My classes are designed to help in the following areas

Mindcalm with Mel

​If you could do with an undisturbed peaceful lie down then this class is for you!

I provide mats and blankets so you don’t need to bring anything other than a pillow. I talk through a guided relaxation (such as a walk along a beach or a meadow) to tranquil music and implement positive suggestions to help increase confidence, positivity, calmness and happiness.

Please note, spaces are limited and it is a popular class so please contact me first to book your place to avoid any disappointment.

Sessions are £6 each or you can block book four for the reduced price of £20 (please note the sessions must be taken consecutively to qualify for the discount).
